December 2020 Bujo | Christmas theme

December bullet journal theme of course had to be Christmas because ’tis the season after all! So without further ado, let me show you what my current month bullet journal looks like!

    Cover Page

I went all in with Christmas doodles like Christmas tree balls, candy canes, stars and holly leaves. The colour scheme naturally was green and red, with a hint of gold here and there.

This is what it looked like.

    Monthly Spread

I kept the monthly spread basic, nothing too fancy. For the days of the week header, I made a black background and wrote the days in black using Faber Ecco Pigment on this pastel green washi tape

Again I drew a few Christmas doodles on the side.

    Mood Tracker

For my mood tracker, again I went for a simple and minimalist spread, inspired by Pinterest images. Basically what I have drawn is a string of lights. I colored into each light bulb according to my mood each day and I put the colour legend to the bottom of the page for reference.

    Habit Tracker

I wrote the heading with my gold metallic brush pen (which I love so so much!).  Around the heading and the side of the tracker, I drew the mandatory Christmas doodles again.

This spread was also a bare minimum, so I colored in the date header with bright green and red to give it a more cheerful look. The red was a little too dark to write the dates in black, so I used my Uniball white gel pen instead.

Then underneath, I put my habits to track and struck off each column in which I had stuck to the habit.

I thought it would be fun to doodle the habits as well, instead of writing them down. (Also, there wasn’t enough space to write! Oopsie!)

My habits to track for this month were reading, exercising, avoiding mug cakes and flossing. I have to admit that I haven’t exercised for even one day this month. 🙁

Well, that was my spread for December. If you ignore the Christmas doodles and change the colour theme, this spread can be adapted for use in any month.

Hopefully, I’ll be able to bring about the January 2021 spread before the start of the new year itself!

    Keep creating, keep planning! 💕
